You will certainly be enchanted by their charming atmosphere and by the marvellous views of the historic city centre.
The Castle Town (Hradcany)
We will start our tour in the upper part of this town which once used to be a Royal town belonging to the Prague Castle, visiting the area of the Strahov Monastery and enjoying a lovely view of the city from its viewing terrace.
We will take a relaxed walk down the hill, seeing the famous Loreto pilgrimage site, the overwhelming Cernin palace, the intriguing area of tiny houses named the New World, the ancient Town Hall of the Castle Town and refined Renaissance and Baroque palaces.
The Little Town (Mala Strana)
will show us its picturesque streets which once used to be part of the “Royal Route”, the St. Nicholas Church, a gem of Baroque architecture, centuries-old pubs with vaulted Gothic rooms and romantic courtyards. In the Little Town Square, we will see the former Town Hall of the Little Town.
The Prague Venice at Kampa
We will pay a visit to the miraculous Baby Jesus of Prague and also to the Lennon Wall, a famous monument related to our recent history. Of course, we will not miss the romantic Prague Venice underneath the Charles Bridge.
The Charles Bridge
The oldest bridge of Prague will offer us a pleasant stroll to finish our tour. You will hear lots of facts and legends related to the bridge and the story behind the unique gallery of Saints which decorates the bridge.
The tour ends on the other side of the bridge, in the Old Town.
